Our health and immune system is like a flower. To bloom vibrant health, we must move through essential growing checkpoints. 

First, for growth to occur we need SEEDS. These are essential nutrients that must be present! They are Vitamins like A, C, E, D and Zinc. 

We must have a balanced pH. We can use breathing exercises and deep pigmented, vitamin C rich veggies to achieve the alkaline environment needed for optimal growth.

The ROOTS anchor our energy to the ground.

They provide nourishment from the soil and microbiome. 

SEEDLING - RESTFUL SLEEP

Enjoy the process of sleeping. As your evening progresses, spend some time getting ready for sleep. Start dimming your lights in your house a few hours before bed. Play some gentle music in your living space or in your bedroom to help shift into more calm.

Give yourself supplement support with calming agents like L-Theanine or Melatonin.

You can also try out some calming essential oils, lavender, sandalwood, chamomile and frankincense. You can put your oils in a diffuser or make a spray blend.

LEAVES AND STEMS - DAILY EXERCISE

Sometimes we can get too caught up in the outcome of exercising, I need to lose weight, I don’t look right, I need to be better than what I am. These self-projections may create an energy that conflict with the joy of exercise and the potential benefits of health. Keeping exercise simple can help you enjoy the act of moving. Our bodies yearn to move, get outside and go on a walk, make it extra fun and join in with a friend. connect with nature, rivers, trees, birds, sunshine and even rain. Be courageous and join a gym. Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, creates movement energy within yourself and charges up your living space. 

BLOOM VIBRANCE - LAUGH A LOT 

Experience all ranges of emotion and practice self compassion. 

When was the last time you really enjoyed a super charged gut/belly laugh? We can be so driven by our goals and tasks that we may forget the simple beauty of laughing. Laughing at a funny movie, laughing with our friends, and most importantly laughing at ourselves. Giving yourself a gentle reminder that we are all on a journey to explore, learn, understand and forgive. That perfection is unattainable, and joy is all around us. Share your vulnerabilities, feel empowered to feel and give yourself the freedom you deserve.
