Office Update
As a precautionary measure, we are sending everyone an update on our COVID-19 preparedness plan.
We are available to help you navigate your concerns and will remain open for visits and phone consults/tele-medicine unless otherwise noted. We are here to support you and to help you remain prepared and informed.
In the event you feel sick including respiratory symptoms and fever, call the provincial health link number at 811 and they will help you determine where to go next.
For non-emergency situations, you should self isolate at home until assessed further.
If you need to go to a clinic or doctor's office, call on your way so they can be prepared with proper safety equipment.
During times of uncertainty, it is common for worry and stress to build. One strategy to combat this is to disconnect from social media or news and turn off notifications on your cell phone to give your subconscious nervous system a break. It is amazing how much we take in unintentionally from our environment. You can check-in with the BC government websites at a designated time each day to remain up to date. This way you can have a break from the constant discussion and worry. This may be especially useful for those with anxiety. Talking with us or a counselor about your feelings can help to diffuse any building stress as well.
Please don't hesitate to call our office at 250-286-3655.
I am available for phone consults during this time for anyone that prefers to stay at home.
For treatment/remedies we can drop ship from our herbalists, our Fullscript store and from suppliers to your home.
In Health,
Dr. Jeffery ND
